ABOUT ME
Hi and welcome!
I'm a dedicated running coach and distance runner with over 15 years of experience on the road and trails.
My journey into coaching is fueled by a passion for running, a deep-rooted family legacy, and a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills.
Holding an MBA with a STEM focus, I approach each training session with a research-driven mindset, leveraging data to optimize performance and tailor strategies to each runner's specific needs. This analytical approach is balanced with my certification in the Process Communication Model (PCM), enabling me to connect with clients on a personal level. I excel at uncovering what motivates each individual, identifying and overcoming mental barriers, and providing targeted support to manage stress and unlock their full potential.
Running is more than a sport to me; it's a family legacy passed down from my grandfather, a renowned soccer coach who trained champions. Inspired by his dedication, I embrace the philosophy that direction is more important than speed, focusing on meaningful progress over mere pace.
