Hi and welcome!


I'm a dedicated running coach and distance runner with over 15 years of ​experience on the road and trails.

My journey into coaching is fueled by a passion for running, a deep-rooted ​family legacy, and a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills.


Holding an MBA with a STEM focus, I approach each training session with a ​research-driven mindset, leveraging data to optimize performance and tailor ​strategies to each runner's specific needs. This analytical approach is ​balanced with my certification in the Process Communication Model (PCM), ​enabling me to connect with clients on a personal level. I excel at ​uncovering what motivates each individual, identifying and overcoming ​mental barriers, and providing targeted support to manage stress and unlock ​their full potential.


Running is more than a sport to me; it's a family legacy passed down from ​my grandfather, a renowned soccer coach who trained champions. Inspired by ​his dedication, I embrace the philosophy that direction is more important ​than speed, focusing on meaningful progress over mere pace. Ira helped me with preparation for my ​first half-marathon. I really enjoyed the ​way my program was structured and ​balanced.
